These are our main services (full details further down the page). The quoted starting price is for a small dog that’s had regular grooming appointments with in-between brushing from mum or dad.

As all dogs vary widely in size, breed & coat condition then this is only a starting point. The cost will depend on your individual dog(s), what treatments you require and the time it will take:

We offer a free consultation by appointment only, if not this will happen on your arrival for your first appointment. You will also need to fill out and sign a record card, and agree to our Terms & Conditions.

We treat and take care of your dogs as we do our own, because  we truly care about each and every dog that comes to us. Our approach is to provide an individual customised groom for your dogs lifestyle and your needs which ranges from:

We individually price to your dog and its needs. But we can usually quote approximately

over the phone if you can accurately tell us what they need, their general condition etc

Basic bath:- We use 97% organic “For all dogkind” shampoo, as after extensive research

we find this is the best for both skin and coat.  Click here for the for all Dogkind website

For our regular customers as part of a regular grooming programme, an in-between groom, freshen up bath and fluff dry. From £10

At this point we need to point out that ‘a bath’ is more than just water and shampoo. The article “How much for a bath?!” explains why!

Full bath… coat and skin dependent.

De-shedding - perfect for short or long haired breeds that shed (a lot and drive you insane) using de-shedding shampoo/conditioner and appropriate tools to remove as much dead hair as possible; this is a regular treatment that really helps with hair loss at home.

Full groom starts with a perfectly prepared clean coat as above. Clipped and or scissored into the required shape, breed standard, short or anything in between the results will always depend on coat condition and of coarse the fur baby on the day.

Puppies. Always the best time to bring any puppy is as soon as they are safe to go out. Even if just for a first visit to say hello, and get them used to the environment and make sure you’re on the right track with coat and skin care then we are here to help. Always with puppies it’s all at their pace not ours or yours. So more than one visit may well be required…

Matting can be a major problem for both dog and owner; take a look at this article for more information What, my dogs matted?. If your dog is matted and you have no intention of sorting this problem out, or think a quick bath & basic groom will sort it, then you should go elsewhere. Knowing the distress this causes a dog, the upset isn’t worth any amount of money to us.

If you are prepared to sort this out then we can work together to achieve healthy skin and coat for your loved one. We will help if you don’t have the right tools, or knowledge, but would like to acquire both to move forward.

If someone offers you a fixed price right away then be wary…..
